Quick Steps

To Restore Files From The Recycle Bin:

1. On your desktop, double click on the Recycle Bin to open it.

2. Find the file you want to restore and click on it once with the right mouse button

3. Click "Restore" in the menu that appears.

To Sort Files In The Recycle Bin:

1. On your desktop, double click on the Recycle Bin to open it.

2. Click the arrow to the right of the "Views" button on the toolbar, and click on "Details".

3. Click on the heading at the top of the column you want to sort by.

To Skip The Recycle Bin when Deleting a File:

1. Right click on the file.

2. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard

3. Click "Delete" from the menu that appears.

To Set The Size Of The Recycle Bin:

1. Right Click on the Recycle Bin

2. Click "Properties"

3. Click on the drive you want to change

4. Type the number of megabytes you desire

5. Click "OK" to save your changes and close the window.

To Disable The Recycle Bin:

1. Right Click on the Recycle Bin

2. Click "Properties"

3. Click on the drive you want to change

4. Click to select the setting labeled, "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin, Remove files immediately when deleted.

5. Click "OK" to save your changes and close the window.

To Turn of the Delete Confirmation:

1. Right Click on the Recycle Bin

2. Click "Properties"

3. Click on the drive you want to change

4. Click to put a check mark in front of the setting labeled: "Display Delete Confirmation Dialog"

5. Click "OK" to save your changes and close the window.
