The Wonder of Meditation to Attract
The difference between concentration and meditation is that with concentration you are centering the mind upon a single idea, calling the mind back to the idea again and again.
Meditation, on the other hand, is more of a mental analysis, in which one ponders ideas and lets those ideas reveal their truths to one's mind. The meditative state is where it is easiest to hear Inner Guidance.
One holy thought meditated upon can become a mighty magnet, drawing to it other holy thoughts, which in their union become so powerful that they sweep away opposition, danger, sickness, poverty or inharmony! That is the wonder of meditation.
Inner Guidance is the quietest voice we hear in meditation.
In the hustle and bustle of every day activities, we easily hear our family and our friends opinions, beliefs, fears and limitations coming through in most of the problematic areas of our lives. In the face of the "impossible," we may find that we have inadvertently subscribed to the appearance of lack, limitation and all the ways we've decided that what we want is not possible.
In the quiet of meditation, we may find we have decided that the solutions we seek can only look and be "one way"...our way! We may discover in the quiet that we have often "gotten our stubborn on" and are holding firm to what we've decided is not possible.
