Asparagus Asiago---with Cheese & Seasonings

ASPARAGUS ASIAGO

2 pounds asparagus spears, woody stems removed
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp each Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
1 oz Asiago cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Put asparagus on rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat, spread in one layer.
Roast 15 min. or until tips are lightly browned and just fork tender.
Shave cheese onto asparagus.
Toss gently. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
