Recipe: Grilled Lemon-Pepper Boneless Chicken Breasts

Makes 4 servings

1 1/2 lbs. boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Marinade:
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon thymes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt

1. Place the chicken breasts in shallow dish. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
3. Pour marinade over chicken breasts; turning to coat both sides.
4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
5. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
6. Lightly greased grill grid for cooking.
7. Preheat grill to medium heat.
8. Grill chicken breasts, uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over heat for 6 to 8
minutes on each side until cooked through.
