Brown Sugar Cookies
Makes 9 Dozen
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup margarine/shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups flour
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Add soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix well and chill for several hours. Roll thinly on floured board and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
