French Chocolate
2-1/2 oz. unsweeted chocolate
½ C water
2/3 C sugar
½ t salt
½ C heavy cream, whipped
1 quart hot milk
Combine chocolate and water in saucepan; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and salt; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 4 minutes. Cool to room temperature; fold in whipped cream. Place 1 rounded tablespoon chocolate mixture in each serving cup; fill cups with hot milk. Stir and serve immediately.
