Deviled Chicken-On-The-Bone
Serves 4
2 T butter
2 T chili sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t prepared mustard
1/8 t cayenne pepper
Pieces cooked chicken, on the bone
1 C chicken broth
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Heat the butter, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Add the chicken pieces, turning them in the sauce so they are coated, and cook, stirring often, for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste, and simmer 3 minutes more.
