Recipe: TURKEY CHEESEBURGERS

You can fry these burgers in a skillet or grill them outdoors too.

1 1/4 pound package ground turkey
1 medium zucchini, trimmed and grated
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper
4 multigrain rolls or hamburger buns

Heat broiler. In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well and form into 4 patties. Place hamburgers on a broiler pan, and broil 6 min. flip burgers and continue to broil an additional 6 min. or until burgers are desired doneness. Toast rolls, if desired. Stack rolls with burgers, lettuce leaves and sliced tomato. Serve warm. MAKES 4 SERVINGS OF BURGERS.
